Top Notch Quality & Craftsmanship

Construction & Renovations

  • General Construction: Our general contractor will first assess the project-specific requirements. In most cases, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. Depending on the project delivery method, the contractor will submit a detailed price proposal bid and estimate. Our experience promotes vision of new projects in all phases of the building process. We pride ourselves on quality work and believe in the art of craftsmanship while working efficiently to meet customer deadlines. The general contractor will provide all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. The general contractor will hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work. Responsibilities include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Design-Build: Our first priority is to determine the client's needs and wishes. The designer usually meets face-to-face with the client to find out how the space will be used and to get an idea of the client's preferences and budget. Our designer will work with the owner on creating a vision with consideration of finished styles and color palettes such as flooring, moldings, woodwork, and lighting to be sure of a magnificent finish. We spend time planning layouts of spaces while determining the location of windows, stairways, escalators, and walkways as we know how important good initial design is on completion.

  • Unconventional Design: Two areas of design that are becoming increasingly popular are elder design, and environmental—or green—design. Elder design involves planning interior space to aid in the mobility of people who are elderly and disabled. Green design involves selecting materials such as insulation and carpets that are free of chemicals and hypoallergenic. We also recommend and select construction materials that are energy-efficient and are made from renewable resources.

  • Renovation & Retrofitting: Many times projects are created and implemented based on existing space which cannot be changed because of budget restrictions or historical protection and limitation. We specialize in retrofitting old work with new construction, combining technology and modernizing old space with industry leading methods.

  • Multi-Phase Projects: Many times projects will need to be rolled out in phases. Sometimes this method helps because of issues with funding, living or working arrangements or simply timeline coordination. We can design project plans with different phases, budgets, and start/finish times and ensure seamless transitions to make sure customers don’t miss a beat in their busy schedules.

  • Construction Management: Creating a project budget, based on the cost of overhead, general conditions, materials, and equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide the owner with an accurate overall price. From this budget, creating a detailed timeline of project start and completion to make sure the job is done efficiently. Getting necessary permits and work orders created.
